Monolithic Arabic. This Hotel is part of ‘The Wave’ development in Muscat, Oman. This is a world-class mixed-use community spread along 6kms of natural beach. The Kempinski Hotel consists of 300 guest keys, 68 serviced apartments with a destination gym & spa, 2 swimming pools, 13 food & beverage outlets along the urban streetscape, extensive landscaped gardens and an iconic ballroom catering to a 1,000 guests. The design incorporated modern, monolithic Arabic elements, most of which were sourced or inspired by the local Omani culture. CCI worked with Woods Bagot Dubai as the FF&E consultants for all areas of this project.
