CCI was asked to finalize the interior design and FF&E for the residential community of KAPSARC, King Abdulla’s Petroleum Studies and Research Center, With over 1,000 residential units, in various sizes from 1- bedroom apartments to 6-bedroom villas, we improved the interior architecture and created unique furniture packages for each type.
Furniture was branded and Italian creating unique and high-end residential interior design for the world’s leaders in petroleum and energy research. This FF&E package was worth 45 million euros, the biggest seen in Italy to date.
